Marcel Comeau is building TerraXOJ in Kelowna, British Columbia, as an independent, bootstrapped Canadian footwear venture.
His approach comes from a builder and problem-solving background: observe what is happening, ask better questions, and work from human needs outward.
The company is founder-led and self-funded. There are no investors, no revenue, and no released products — the work today is design direction, development, and getting the right specialists around the table.
Two product directions are confirmed by name: TerraXOJ Trail and TerraXOJ Recovery. Everything about the physical shoes remains in development.
This is an early chapter. The work is being shaped from the ground up, with transparency about what exists today and what still needs to be proven.
